Setup Instructions

Welcome to the Setup Site for your SECOS access. After having registered as SECOS customer by our form sheet you have received a letter with you User-ID and PIN Code.
You will need this letter now to prepare your access.

You will need this data once for your log-on and also for any blocking of the use of your HiCard. The Data will not be necessary for your SECOS operations. The HiCard is a security certificate, which has to be imported into your web browser.

First of all, make sure, that your internet browser supports a 128 bit encryption. If not, please update your browser.
You will find a free of charge update on the Microsoft website. A direct link to the Microsoft-Update Site is also provided on this website. Please refer to the general requirements.

Then please proceed as follows:

  1. Call up the internet site : https://ca.saurer.hinet.de
  2. Enter in the page which now appears your User-ID and your Pin number. When this data is found correct, the HiCard creation process begins
  3. The HiCard certificate will be automatically imported into your browser and after successful completion of the operation you will be prompted accordingly.
  4. Ready to Go!

You are now able to contact SECOS at https://secos.myoerlikon.com.

The certificate with your name will be shown in a small window. Please select the certificate and click OK.
